Directions for Use -
Add 1 - 2 tablespoons (about 10 g - 20 g) of Satavari lactation supplement granules to one glass (about 200 ml) of hot or cold, milk or water.
Stir quickly to mix well & drink immediately. Add sugar or honey if preferred.
Storage Instructions - Store at room temperature protected from direct sunlight & moisture.
